From the moment I entered the house, the feeling was different than it had been on our previous visit. I felt more nervous or tense energy this evening in the house. I wasn't sure whether it was me or the house itself. I walked through the first floor and then wandered down to the basement alone. There wasn't anyone there. As I reached the bottom step, it felt very cold. I walked around the main room there and peeked into the back storeroom just opposite the door that leads into the furnace area. I was very uncomfortable down here and left right away to go back upstairs. Again, I'm not sure why, because I spent a lot of time in the basement on the previous visit and was not bothered at all to be in the basement at that time.

I walked upstairs to the second floor and into the main bathroom, the master bedroom and the master bathroom. I didn't feel or sense anything here, nor did I feel drawn to this area. I went on up to the third floor bedroom. I noticed the window was open, but once again nothing unusual here. I walked down to the balcony area on the second floor. I did feel like I was being drawn to this area. I took a couple of pictures, but nothing showed up in them.

From here, I walked back down to the living room and waited for everyone to return. I didn't make note of the time that we all met again. Ryan stated he felt there was activity outside around the pond. He suggested that the members of the home pay attention around dusk and to see whether they notice anything. He did not want to state what it was that he was seeing and cause a contagion effect. He would prefer that they simply pay attention and then compare later to see if they are seeing the same thing he saw. Other members of the group who were in this house on the last investigation also claimed to pick up different feelings this time.

9:45p.m.
The group split up to begin investigating. I went to the dining room with my recorder turned on, left it on the dining room table during the investigation. I was drawn more to the sitting room (or den) on the main floor of the house. A table runner on the coffee table intrigued several of us. It hung over the ends of the table, and one of these ends kept swinging back and forth. We checked for air from the vents, but there wasn't any. We did later find that a window in the laundry area off the back of the kitchen was open and a strong breeze was blowing in. We closed the door leading to the laundry area, but later found the table runner was still swinging back and forth. We thought that this was unusual, however, we could not rule out the possibility that perhaps someone else may have reopened the door to the laundry area and the possibility that the breeze could go through the kitchen and back around to the sitting room.

While Cindy and I were taking pictures of the table runner moving, Diane came from the breakfast nook. She stated that she had taken a couple of pictures, but when she wanted to take one of the mantle in that room, her camera would not focus. She asked me to see if I could take one of it with my camera. I told her that for some reason, I just didn't like going into that room, but agreed to try and get a picture. I walked across and faced the mantle and requested permission to take a picture. My camera worked just fine. Neither Diane nor Cindy could get their cameras to focus. I even mentioned to Diane that I didn't like being there and the room made me uncomfortable. Diane got a picture then. (Note: Diane was using her micro-cassette recorder to keep her notes of the investigation. She was playing her tape back the next afternoon and at the point the three of us were in this room talking, another female voice comes across very clear stating that we should get out of there.)

Right after leaving the breakfast nook, we walked outside toward the pond area. We took a few pictures here. We only stayed outside for about 10-15 minutes and then returned to the house.

We walked up to the second floor. Diane and I went onto the balcony. I again felt uncomfortable but cannot explain why. Both Diane and I took several pictures. She captured several shots with an orb in them. I got one picture with a large orb up on one of the rafters above the living room.

We went back down to the dining room. Diane tested her EMF meter and again got readings right at the table, but we did not feel drawn to this area like we were on the previous visit. We went into the kitchen where other members of the group were standing around and talking.

Sometime just after 11:00pm, I went back in to sit in the living room. I felt drained and felt like I was ready to call it a night. Around 11:30 I walked out to get my soda from my van. Jane and her sister were standing just outside the door. I stayed out and talked to them for a few minutes. Jane told me that she'd had a dream about this house a year before she even knew that it existed. She said the only real difference was that in her dream, there were lots of railroad ties. She went on to tell me that since buying the place, the previous owner mentioned that there were railroad ties bordering the area within the circle drive and that they had removed them, and moved some of the trees as well.

12:00pm
The investigation ended and everyone left.

I used nearly two rolls of film while taking pictures on this investigation. The only thing that I captured on film was the one picture of the orb up in the rafters.

In later listening to my tape recording from the dining room, there are a couple of instances where I picked up a woman whispering, but cannot make out what she is saying. Because of all the different people in the house that night, I cannot rule out that it may be one of the SGS members or other persons who were also in the house.
