9:15 pm

I talked with Jane in the dining room. I had the tape recorder taping our conversation. While I sat there I noticed some kind of movement around the front door. I couldn’t tell what it was. At this time I got my compass and laid it on the table and also laid out the writing slate. Kenny, Ryan, and and Jane went to the cemetery. Kenny took the camera to take pictures.

Jane told me that, “the night before the night before,” (which would of made it 11/01/01) she was lying in bed and was awakened with the feeling of something lying on her knees. She drifted back off to sleep and again was awakened with something shaking her arm. John verified that Jane had been previously talking about that.

10:00 pm

I went to the cemetery and took pictures. I also set my tape recorder out by one of the stones. After viewing the tape I didn’t notice anything unusual. As we stood in the cemetery, I looked up toward the house and saw a figure in the upper center window. This house has five large windows across the upper level. Three of these windows actually are located in the living room, which has 30 foot ceilings, so there is no floor to stand on. A few minutes later Kenny commented on how he thought he saw a figure in the window next to the center window, which would still be in the living room, still no floor to stand on up there.

11:00 pm

Went back to the house. Walked around with the EMF meter. No hits.

11:45 pm

Pictures were taken upstairs.

12:00 pm

Ryan stated he kept seeing the names Matilda, Agnes, and William. He also saw a vision of someone swinging either an ax or hammer and someone dying from a blow to the head by this instrument. Ryan states a lady in a white dress led him to the west side of the lake (northwest of the house). There by the man-made dam she disappeared. John, Jane’s husband came home a few minutes after midnight. Ryan asked him if he had found any tools on his property when he built his house that wasn’t his. John stated that one time while mowing the yard the lawn mower ran over an ax head that did damage to the blades of the mower. He said he picked it up and threw it into the lake by the man-made dam.

Kenny did not experience any feelings as he did the first time when we went to the home to interview the people. It’s as though the spirits of the house had made their presence known to him so they didn’t bother him any more.

One time as I talked to Jane I had the static, tingling feeling in my back like a spirit was close. The compass didn’t change and no other signs were seen except for the movement around the front door. No unusual sounds were heard on the tape recorder when I talked with Jane.

This investigation has turned into a mystery. The lady in white is trying to tell someone about a tragic happening. Our job is to try to find out what happened and when. Are the spirits of the home from the previous house that sat there? Are they from the cemetery that is located so close to the front yard of the home? Could they be from long, long ago when the settlers traveled across open country moving west?

Further research into this will be done. We are hoping to interview some people who have lived in that area for a long time. Maybe they can provide some names and information concerning the tragic event.

Investigation is over.

Following are the pictures that I took that may have some activity showing in them. The first picture has a slight white shape above the plant next to the fireplace. At first I thought it might be a reflection but after viewing the picture of Jane in her room. I thought maybe it could be a faint glimpse of a global. The second picture is of the cemetery out front. One global was found with a little mist. The third picture is Jane sleeping in her room. Above her head is one of my bell shaped globals with a couple of wisps of light which may be globals passing through.
