Investigation Report

By Debbie Lowery
SGS President

Date: November 12, 2001

Members Present: Jenny Bertoni, Debbie Lowery

This is Monday, November 12, 2001. One of the members of the SGS, Jennifer Bertoni, was not able to make it to the investigation held on November 3, 2001. Since she is a sensitive and has the ability to see spirits and tell what they are trying to say, I asked her to come out to the house today and look around to see if she could tell anything. She has been told nothing about the previous investigation. I wanted to see if she could pick up on anything without any help from the outside.

Upon arriving at the Doe's home at 10:45 am Jenny noticed a woman in a white dress or gown kneeling down at the southwest corner of the cemetery. There are two fences that surround the cemetery. The reason for this is unknown. The woman was actually kneeling at the outside corner fence, not the actual fence surrounding the cemetery. Jenny stated the woman in white did not acknowledge our arrival. She described her as an older woman.

Walking into the house, Jennifer walked around the whole house, upstairs and the main floor. She stated she did not have any feelings upstairs. She did not feel anything on the main floor except in the dining room. There she said an older lady (not as old as the lady in white) wearing a bonnet, like a night bonnet, was sitting at the dining room table. She seemed to be very defensive. She associates the name of NaNa with this spirit.

After walking through the house we walked out to the cemetery. As Jenny walked through the cemetery she felt several feelings. She wrote the words: Fear of Fire, Distraught, and Despair on a sheet of paper. As she walked through the cemetery she stated the lady in white walked with her, although at that time she could not see her, only feel her. As the lady in white walked along with Jenny she chanted: "Melody" & "Harmony". The lady in white felt very persistant about this and there was a very strong feeling about it. The lady in white seemed to be very afraid of fire. Jenny picked up the name of Norman in connection with this lady.

As she walked, she picked up a male figure, appearing to be more of a shadow. He was very discreet.

The names of Billy and Melody are very strong now. The lady in white is screaming at her, "Animals, lots of animals, running!"

Jenny states the lady in white is in such a state of dispair she will not listen to her as she tries to communicate with her.

The lady in white led Jenny out of the cemtery and beckoned her to follow her along the path to the lake that lies on the northwest side of the house. Along the path Jenny said the lady in white kept telling her, "Don't go by the water"! Jenny stopped in her tracks and asked Jane, the owner of the home, if that makes any sense because she couldn't see any water except the lake. Jane said just to the right of her there was an area almost like quicksand. It's like a marsh. They almost lost a tractor in that area once. Jenny turned away from that area. She followed the lady in white, who stopped at the corner of the dam. There she got a very strong feeling of death. She had problems breathing.

After walking around in that area, she decided to try to communicate with the lady in white again. We left her alone and she knelt down by the dam. Through meditation she attempted to speak with the lady in white. The results from doing that were amazing.

Jenny states the lady kept repeating the name of Norman. Jenny's not sure if that was the name of the lady in white's husband. The lady in white confided to Jenny that he was losing lots of weight and was acting sick. The lady in white also told her that the Doctor said nothing was wrong with him. Jenny got an impression of suicide, trees burning, animals running, and the lady in white repeatly said, "Poor Billy". Then she told Jenny she was going to the church across the hill. The lady in white then left.

What does all this mean? How are we going to put these poor spirits at rest? There are definite questions that need to be answered. How do all these names come into play? This information that Jenny has given needs to be combined with the information from the first investigation. She has picked up on several similar things. We need to find out if there was actually a church in that area. We know there had been a fire there but how did it start? Many, many stones still unturned. We are planning another investigation in December. Hopefully we will get more pieces to the puzzle to help these poor spirits.
